Shipping Policy: 

 1. General Information: All orders are subject to program availability. If a program is unavailable at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery: Programs and courses offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States.
 
3. Delivery Time: Once your order is placed you will be registered and receive your password to log into the online classrooms within 2-3 days via email and 5-7 days via certified USPS letter. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 
  
5. Shipping Costs: There are no additional shipping costs. All mailing fees are included in the program cost.

Program Fees: We issue refunds for program fees within 15 days of the original purchase of  the program. After that time full refunds are issued at at the discretion of the merchant. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues or problems with the program(s).
